How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@appealticket.com within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Include your email address, approximate date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days

Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As our service delivers digital content, please note that under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right is lost once digital content has been accessed/downloaded with your consent.

By clicking "Unlock Full Letter" and completing payment, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this means you lose your right to cancel once the content is delivered.
