Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy explains when and how refunds are provided for the appeal letter service (£4.99 per analysis).
When We Will Refund
You are entitled to a full refund (£4.99) in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: The AI failed to generate a usable appeal letter (e.g., blank output, corrupted text, or completely irrelevant content)
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same analysis
- Service unavailable: You paid but could not access your appeal letter due to a technical issue on our end
- Wrong ticket type: The AI analysed a document that was not a parking ticket (e.g., you accidentally uploaded the wrong image)
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Appeal outcome: We do not guarantee the success of your parking appeal. A failed appeal is not grounds for a refund, as we clearly state that our service provides AI-generated analysis, not guaranteed results.
- Change of mind: Once the full appeal letter has been revealed and accessed, refunds for change of mind are not available as the digital content has been delivered.
- Inaccurate details: If you uploaded an unclear or illegible image that resulted in an inaccurate analysis, we recommend re-uploading a clearer image for a new analysis.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@appealticket.com within 14 days of your purchase
- Include your email address, approximate date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days
Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As our service delivers digital content, please note that under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right is lost once digital content has been accessed/downloaded with your consent.
By clicking "Unlock Full Letter" and completing payment, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this means you lose your right to cancel once the content is delivered.
