Our service uses artificial intelligence to:

While our AI references real UK legislation (including the Traffic Management Act 2004, Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, TSRGD 2016, and BPA/IPC Codes of Practice), the output is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions.

We strongly recommend that you:

• Review and edit any AI-generated letter before sending it

4. User Accounts

To use the analysis service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering.

5. Free and Paid Services

We provide a free analysis that includes success probability assessment and identified legal issues. The full appeal letter is available for a one-time payment of £4.99 per analysis.

Free users are limited to 3 analyses per day.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

The appeal letters generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may use, modify, and send these letters as part of your parking ticket appeal. You may not resell or commercially distribute the generated content.

Our website content, guides, branding, and software are protected by copyright and remain our property.

8. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the processing of uploaded images and personal data as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the success of any parking appeal
• We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on our AI-generated content
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (£4.99 per analysis)
• We are not responsible for decisions made by councils, operators, tribunals, or courts
